I started coming to the group when my baby girl was 5 weeks (now 8 months) Had fantastic support from Midwifes in hospital and home, re breastfeeding and felt a bit less confident when the visits stopped.. I wanted to go along to meet other new Mums who would be feeding on demand, talk about positions and maybe just to feel part of something as special as a breastfeeding group 💜 Nat was the first person I met, she welcomed me as soon as I arrived.. I felt I could really talk to her openly about feeding. Also feel that way having met Claire, Carmen and the peer supporters, all lovely. It’s been so valuable for my baby and I to be able to go. I’ve met some amazing ladies who I now call friends 😊and I can honestly say this group has helped my confidence where I was struggling with feeding in public especially. It’s a non cliquey, relaxed place to go each week you can look forward to going, have a good natter & cuppa and feed your baby 💜xx

I have been attending magic milk since my little one was 6 days old. I had lots of problems feeding to start off and the advice and support of the group really helped get me through it, both on a Monday at Ashby and also via Facebook. When my milk finally came in, the group was a safe environment to practice feeding in public and to build my confidence. It's always lovely to be greeted by a friendly face offering a hot cuppa and to spend 90mins having a chat with some mums, be it about feeding, babies or something totally unrelated. Nat organised a talk from the sling library once which was really informative too, and at xmas Santa came to visit! The floor is covered in play mats and toys which my little one loves as he can lie down and smile at all the other babies and their mums!
